Kelly Sl8r (his new name) has done it again! The gr8test surfer who ever lived just defeated Joel Parkinson in the semi finals in Mundaka, Spain to win his 8th world title. Sl8r was doused in beer and mobbed as he exited the water. He seemed to be amazed and in total disbelief.
